  • List Member Data: Phone numbers and names of recipients you add to your messaging lists.
  • Message Content: Emails you send to your list addresses and the resulting SMS/MMS messages.

Information Collected Automatically

  • Usage Data: Information about how you use the Service, including login times, pages visited, and features used.
  • Device Information: IP address, browser type, operating system, and device identifiers.
  • Message Delivery Data: Delivery status, timestamps, and carrier information for messages sent through the Service.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

  • Provide, maintain, and improve the Service
  • Process and deliver SMS/MMS messages on your behalf
  • Process payments and manage your subscription
  • Send you service-related communications
  • Respond to your requests and support inquiries

    • Twilio: For SMS/MMS delivery (phone numbers, message content)
    • Firebase/Google Cloud: For authentication and data storage
    • Stripe: For payment processing
    • Mailgun: For email receiving
    • OpenAI: For AI template processing (email content only, not phone numbers)
  • Legal Requirements: We may disclose information if required by law, subpoena, or other legal process.
  • Business Transfers: In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred.

We do not sell your personal information.

4. Data Retention

We retain your information as follows:

  • Account Data: Retained while your account is active and for 30 days after account deletion.
  • Message Content: Email and SMS content is retained for 90 days for delivery verification and support purposes.
  • Billing Records: Retained for 7 years as required for tax and accounting purposes.
  • Usage Logs: Retained for 12 months for security and service improvement purposes.

5. Data Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information, including:

  • Encryption of data in transit (TLS/HTTPS)
  • Secure authentication via Firebase Authentication
  • Access controls limiting employee access to personal data
  • Regular security reviews

However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security of your data.

7. SMS Recipient Data

When you use our Service, you may upload phone numbers and names of individuals who will receive SMS/MMS messages ("Recipients"). With respect to Recipient data:

  • You are the Data Controller: You determine the purposes and means of processing Recipient data.
  • We are a Data Processor: We process Recipient data only on your behalf to deliver the Service.
  • Your Responsibility: You are responsible for ensuring you have proper consent from Recipients and for responding to their privacy requests.
  • Opt-Out Handling: When Recipients text STOP, we automatically update their status. You must not re-add opted-out Recipients.

8. Cookies and Tracking

We use essential cookies to maintain your session and preferences. We do not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies.

9. Children's Privacy

The Service is not intended for children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe we have collected information from a child, please contact us immediately.
